Wonderful
Wonderful - gave it to my friend last year for Christmas and she loves it still today.

Value for money!
It looked exactly as pictured. And it was very easy to setup. Love the new watch faces! One thing with the app is that you are not able to delete a watch and add a new one. You have to delete the account and create a new one.

Do not buy!
I have bought a gen 3 and a gen 4 of this watch and both have broke in less then 8 weeks. The gen 3 the watchface completely fell off after 6 weeks exposing all the wires inside. The gen 4 just got a blue screen of Death at 7 weeks of use. We are not hard on watches in this family, these ones just don't hold up to normal use. I have contacted the company for both issues and never got a response. Our gen 3 never came with a charging cable either. Save your money and get something else.Update: after going back and forth and proving the watch did not work they wanted to charge me $10 to ship a new watch to me as well and I would have to pay for shipping the old watch back. Apparently this is in the warranty information. Save your money and don't buy this watch. I have never written a bad review and not only did I write the review but I have also updated it. That is how passionate I am that no one should buy these watches.

Like the look but meh, subpar.
The look is great but it's pretty disappointing for the price tag. The heart rate monitor is inconsistent. I actually just looked and worried because I saw some crazy random peaks in HR, but quickly realized it "tracked" overnight but I wasn't wearing it then so I'm wondering if the bathroom lights messed with it? Unnecessary stress for a couple of seconds. I have to watch my heart rate due to hyperthyroidism and heart palpitations. The band is ok but I really dislike how you pull the band through the opening in the back. It's weird and kind of difficult. The watch itself doesn't clearly show steps or heart rate. It shows a graph towards a goal which I'm not a huge fan of. Seaeching the features of the watch is a tad overwhelming as there is so much loaded on it and it's not obvious how to navigate it. The screen already has some scratches/chips from everyday use. The screen also times out so quick. I miss how my fitbit stays on or turns on when the watch is moved towards you making it easier to check time, hr, etc. Overall, for a $60ish dollar watch, I'd just save up another $40 or so to get a more reliable watch that's consistent.

Great value.
This my second iTouch sport. Appreciate the variety of watch faces. Do wish there was more than one with a display that includes number of steps, heart rate, day, darte, and battery level together. Also like that it easy to change bands.

It works perfectly.

Not accurate!
This tracker DOES NOT accurately track your steps. You have to start swinging your arms to about ten times to get it to start tracking. And don't stop swinging your arms like a goose-stepping Nazi. Also it doesn't take into account the calories your body naturally burns throughout the day. Only those for less than accurate step count. I wish the step count was as half sensitive as the watch face lighting up. The slightest shift in bed at night and I'm blinded by the face illuminating. Unless you're in the workout mode you can't get a quick idea of your heart rate. If you tap the heart rate monitor it takes a while to calculate and it is not accurate either. The weather isn't accurate either. It was in the 40's, said it was 68, which seems to be its favorite number. Battery life is okayish, spending on its current mood. The app is not easy to navigate either. So, to sum it up, I am still trying to find a fitness tracker that isn't Fitbit (doesn't last 2 years) that fits my needs. I do not recommend.
