Solid deal
Solid! I mounted this in my garage with 10 foot ceilings through the drywall and into the joists with supplied lag screws. I have it at full extention and it's just a hop to grab the bar. I'm 6' and 250 pounds and the bar feels sturdy. Great value for the money.

Sturdy Pull-up bar
Installation wasn't too difficult. Used daily by 180lb teen, tested by a 250lb male and it held strong.

High quality and sturdy
High quality, sturdy. I ended up mounting it on to doulbed up 2x6s because my rafters run 2 different directions where I wanted to mount it. However, I would recommend going this route anyway, especially if your house uses engineered wood I-beams for rafters. Be sure to pre-drill your mounting holes with appropriate size drill bit. My son and I have been using it for a while now and very happy with it.

Very tall. Somewhat wobbly, but 100 happy π
This is a great pull up system for a very tall ceilings (13 FT). We would rather by more complex pull up bar with different grips, but they do not sell them because of the tall length. Installation was pretty straightforward, but we had to go to the hardware store to buy additional board to distribute the weight drill and screws. It took us about 4 to 5 hours to install between driving and assembling, absolutely worth the money. Will buy it again if needed! Kids are happy π

Pull-up assistance bands with swing
I love my pull-up assistance bands with swing setup. I bought 2 of these to combine them together into one setup. I bought additional carabiners and connected both of them together to make one setup. In other words, I just use the bands, the swing, and additional carabiners I bought and I donβt use the straps that attach to the pull-up bar. I could use the straps, but I like my setup better using just the bands, carabiners, and swing.
