Very accurate and extremely comfortable, in comparison to the classic chest hr monitors

After a wobbly start, probably with some natural adjustment, the product is as reliable as the Pilar chest strap (I own both and I can compare), but easier to wear of course. Which means very reliable. A big boost for exercise.

I use it for real-time HR monitoring during swimming asit synchs with my FORM goggles. Happy with the result.

Replaced my old polar strap that was starting to lose connection with the Polar Flow but it has the same (if not worse) clunky app interface. Who knows where you can see battery percentage? Every day is a scroll to find the three activities you use every week (why no favourites near the top?) and I regularly have a 70m swim recorded over 30min... (yes, apart from the lack of distance, to get 70m from a 25m pool is fairly unique). Honestly wish Polar would spend the money on the app - I don't want links to blogs, just make my data easily available and relevant! *update - I ended up having to return the verity sense strap and the Seller was incredibly supportive and helpful.

2nd time I bought this. I misplaced the original band, and I rely on it so much, particularly during any pool activities, that I decided to get another one. I have a polar chest strap, but was having some issues with my heart rate dropping off, especially during aquaspin classes. The armband works better than the chest strap. There's a few seconds of delay, but is extremely accurate. It's also great when I track my heart rate during weightlifting and core work. Another feature that I appreciate is that it's compatible with other smartwatch brands. I use the polar band with a garmin watch, with no problems. Well worth the expense!

Good heart rate monitor which you can use either on your forearm or on your bicep. Gives about the same reading as my Garmin HRM Pro Plus. The way you wear it is both a pro and a con. The thing working for this is that unlike the chest strap monitor, it isn't too uncomfortable to wear for longer duration. The negative point is, if you want to wear it on your bicep, it's not convenient to pull up the band up to your bicep due to the metal (or is it hard plastic) holder for the heart rate pod. This heart rate monitor comes with a velcro fastener which you need to pass through a ring/loop, which makes it difficult to do with one hand. Connects to multiple devices through ANT+ and 2 devices through Bluetooth.
