I have been using SANSI bulbs for years: the 5,000 lumen and 6,000 lumen ones are my go-to for room lighting. I only had one of their 60w 9,000 lumen ones, and that held a special place in my heart. When I saw they came out with a 65w 10,000 lumen version, I simply had to have it. This puppy does NOT disappoint. As of writing this review, this is the most powerful regular "lightbulb" you will find. (There are the goofy looking garage lights which fold out and still technically plug into a single E26 base, or the "corn bulbs" but neither of those options looks like a lightbulb, or fits in most fixtures. This beauty does. I cannot comment on this specific light's durability, but like I said earlier I have been using high-powered SANSI bulbs for years and while a few have needed to be replaced after starting to flicker, (that was after years of use). I have no doubts this will last a long time, and if you want to be able to actually see, just buy this. Or multiple! With people used to "60 watt equivalent" lights, it may seem complete overkill to have a light that actually draws 65 watts. But we used to run 100 watt incandescent lights, sometimes multiple to a fixture, just to be able to see. These are so much vastly brighter, have a beautiful white 5000k color temperature (often things advertised as 5000k are on the blue side, but the SANSI lights are a good 5000k). Just buy one. Once you fall in love with it, buy more. Or maybe don't buy toooo many, just in case they come out with an even more powerful version - in which case I'll need to immediately buy one of those too.

I bought this light for a workout room in my basement. I wanted daylight brightness and it delivers! It is very bright. I have only had it a short time so I don’t know how long it will last but it appears to be well built.

I was originally looking for a light bar since they are really bright but I decided to try this out. I was expecting a decent upgrade from my old bulb, but this one delivers more than just brightness. It transforms the space, it literally makes your room/area feel like its day time. I just bought another one while I was typing this!

This light is so bright it told the sun to hold its beer.

lights up the room and fits a regular sized socket easily. It is hefty for a reason.
