Amazing product. Teeth get a proper clean in between. My electric toothbrush has been a godsend but I have back teeth growing at a weird angle making it difficult to clean, even with floss. Was about to book an appointment with my expensive hygienist when I thought there's gotta be a product I can floss with water/air. To my surprise, found an abundance of products to choose from. Spent about 2 days researching before settling for this one. As soon as it arrived ( arrived much earlier than expected thank you), I charged for 4 hrs as recommended and attempted to floss over the sink. Very messy and the jet streams, though good and powerful can take your eye out if you're not careful. In the shower is much more convenient and easier to use, once you've got the hang of it.There are 3 modes- soft, normal and pulse. You can also mix a bit of your mouthwash in the water tank, making it stretch and the tank is substantial for a quick all over floss; though the first time I used it I refilled about 4 times to do a really deep clean, but that length of time is not needed again if using it daily.Highly recommend, my mouth and breath have never felt fresher! *7 days consistent use so farUPDATE: 06/06/2018 devise has lost its power since the last 1-2 months and is too weak a jet stream to clean my teeth as before. @Meome can you provide an exchange asap?

This flosser is pretty good, I can certainly feel it after I've done my teeth! I use it with warm water as it leaves my teeth a little sensitive otherwise. I reserve judgement until I visit the dentist.The bottle runs out of water after about a minute or two full speed, but you just fill again with tap water.The water jet is really powerful it can hit the ceiling... Which led me to discover my real love for this item...I found out quite by accident, for cleaning a jewellery and bathroom taps it's tremendous!I have a couple of rings with inset stones, and one claw set ring, that are open at the back and gather handcream and dirt which makes the stones dull. This cleans the jewellery like new! So sparkly.Also the powerful jet is so useful for cleaning the dirt from round the tap in the bathroom. I am sure it will be put to other uses.

OMG! Don't I just LOVE this!! I had a gum infection some weeks back and ever since have suffered terribly from food getting caught in my teeth, under the rim of my gums. My hygienist recommended I get a Waterpik (brand name - this is half the price). Of course, I didn't realise I'd need a bib (hahaha) but now I've got used to it, I love it! I do it in the shower! Tank lasts just about one clean - once you've got the hang of it - first few times had to refill two or three times!. I've put mouthwash in mine too (hygienist suggestion), does mean that for days after, you can taste the m/wash but hey, not a problem! It's a bit bulky and so far, been using 5 days an haven't had to recharge (DO put it on charge for the recommended full 4 hours before first use!).

I needed to discover water flossers because I'm one of those people who doesn't get on well with regular floss. As most reviews have said, this device is extremely well designed and easy to use. You can go over your teeth in as little as 10-15 seconds and dislodge most food particles before using your toothbrush, so it's easy to fit into your normal routine.To use, you need to keep the device upright and place the nozzle tip almost directly against your teeth - under your lips like a toothbrush, which means you can easily get to your back teeth. You're supposed to keep your mouth open to let the water run out - and this does mean that you're dribbling all down the device but it can be given a quick rinse afterwards. I always empty the water tank and leave the flap open to keep it fresh inside.

I LOVE this water pick. I never used to floss because it was too painful, and water picks were too expensive. Not this one! The value you get is so unexpected for the price! There are 3 different settings, from uber powerful to gentle, for those with sensitivity.. the battery lasts FOREVER and is chargeable with a USB cable, so traveling to different countries with different voltages is a breeze! My mom was so jealous she bought 2, one for her and my dad (each one comes with multiple interchangeable personal tips), and one for her sister in Brazil. It's going viral! :)

Not a bad product but could be better. I particularly dislike the fact that the switch has to be physically turned off. I would prefer a pressure switch, ie once finger pressure is off it stops.

Looked lovely and the reviews were very favourable.It arrived and was placed on charge, as advised.When it showed fully charged you could select the different options - the lights moved to show your selection ... great ........ let's get down to cleaning business....It wouldn't turn on! Soft push - nothing. Firm push - nothing. Quick push - nothing. Slow push - nothing!!!Yes, I am a member of the idiot genre - the general public, but I hope I can turn a switch on and off!!Sadly, very unimpressed - returned for a refund and now buying one from a better known brand.
