You cannot get a refund or return for safety reasons
This item has no suction what so ever! It does not work. They wont even let you tell them the machine does not work. I bought another from different company for tesla. Same result! Pure junk!! Im trying to open it to fix it. Its clued all around back of battery part. look in pick. i bought another to give benefit of the doubt. No you need to fix or break more to hopefully fix! Stay away from this crap
