More energy, better sleep, and no more searching for that word on the tip of my tongue
There's a whole host of data to support CoQ10 supplementation, so I won't bother with that. The bottom line for me to finally try it was a change in sleep and afternoon energy level as I get older. Also, the occasional memory lapse, which I attributed to needing more sleep. After roughly a month I've seen marked improvement in all three. Very pleased. My wife started taking them today. I'll update with her input in a few weeks. Also, I've experienced no taste issues.

Easy to take small capsules. Not keen on the lemon aftertaste but that may be due to reflux issues and not the product. Still, have put on subscription for now.
