Exactly what I wanted!!
This is beautiful dish rack , along with being functional. I was able to assemble it in 15 minutes and primarily use it for drying and storing my plates and bowls so that they are handy whenever I need it. Have been using it for more than 2 weeks now and no rust or any issues with it.

Don’t do it. Just don’t.
The only thing this thing has going for it is that it looks pretty. If you don’t have a dishwasher and do dishes by hand, this is not the rack for you. It’s very rickety. The little caps over the bolts have broken off, and I’m already seeing some rust after just a few weeks use. The little tray underneath that is supposed to catch the water doesn’t catch the water from the silverware or the cutting board holders, so the counter underneath gets all wet every time. The worst thing about it is that the silverware just fall out of the bottom of the tiny holder. My old dish rack lasted 10 years with constant use and I can already tell this thing is going to be trash in less than 6 months... that is to say if my husband doesn’t throw it out the window before that. He hates it. I’m kicking myself for spending $26 on this piece of garbage.Update: Just saw that I was still within the return period! Bam. It’s going back.

Rusts
Used it for 8 months now, liked it for the most part until I started seeing rusts. The utensil holder rusted quite fast, but I thought I'd just get that part replaced. But now the lower part of the dish rack is rusting.

Beautiful & Functional
I bought this dish rack to replace our bottle drying rack now that my daughter is a "big girl" (toddler) and not on bottles anymore. It's a beautiful rack, and I really like the little side attachments that are great for holding silverware and her silicone bib. I wish we'd skipped the bottle rack and just gone straight to something like this to begin with.

It's a nice dish rack and sometimes I've picked up the whole ...
I put my fork, spoons, and knife blades up and tilted the bottom of utensil toward the middle of the basket. If you tilt it the other way, they will slip out of basket holder. Check out pick at how chopsticks are tilted. Not a shortcoming it's just something I learned using it after a month or 2. It's a nice dish rack and sometimes I've picked up the whole thing using the two "handles?" on the side to get it closer to my cupboard to put dishes away (not sure it was engineered for this, but it works for me...be careful!!).

Not impressed/looks cheap
The size is good but the water collects in the tray (gross) and the whole thing looks cheap. The glass holder looks very different too. It is also not easily assembled (you need to use a special wrench... which is included). Not impressed.

Cheap Junk!
This thing is awful, you can probably buy a better one at the Dollar Tree for $5, it is so cheap made that doesn't even sit flat and it wobbles every time you try to put something on it. I sent it back, save your money and time!

Five Stars
The dish rack is very convenient to use and does not take up too much space in the kitchen.
