Both badge holder and lanyard are made of PU leather. Very stylish!

How many ID cards can fit?

You could probably fit more than one. But there’s only one window and if they the IDs have electronic chips for punching in or gaining access at doors, multiple cards could send mixed readings.

Does the material that isn't the plastic window allow for stickers? Do stickers stay on the holder or do they fall off?

I think inexpensive stickers would fall off.
