AUTOart 1/18 Ford XB Falcon Tuned versions Black Black interceptor

This is what I've been waiting for since I first saw the movie in 1982 at a friend's house on a Sony BetaMax! The beat-up "Mad Max 2" version was available several years back, but was sadly out of my price range then (and even more so now!); but the road warrior version didn't thrill me as much as the original black-on-black Pursuit Special from the first movie always did, so I waited, hope against hope, that the original would someday be offered. Now that time has come! --"You can shut the gate on this one Max-ie..." The details are too many to list, and several youtube video reviews cover them all; it's just one of those memories from my teenage years that is now a material reality and it fulfills ALMOST any and all requirements! I say "almost", because you will note there are no "Maintain Right"fender badges, nor is there an MFP license plate on the rear. There must be a licensing issue that went off the rails, as there is also no mention of the movie title anywhere on the packaging, either. There is only a rather ominous "interceptor" label on the otherwise plain black presentation box to hint that this Ford Falcon XB is something more than a "tuned" version... There exists on Ebay a seller from Australia who sells the "missing" badges and plate lettering, and they are so well rendered that you would think they were applied at the Autoart factory--definitely worth the additional investment in my humble Mad Max fan opinion! So, as our dear friend, JIm Goose, would say, "You've seen it, you've heard it; and you're still askin' questions?!" --Go buy one!!

I received mine a few weeks ago had no problems with shipping the car arrived damage free. I also own the green light version which is not as near as detailed as the Autoart One. I would recommend this car to any Diecast or Mad Max collector’s. I did go on EBay and purchased the Extra decals for my car. Over all I am very pleased with this purchase.

カッコいい 本体 箱も綺麗なまま届きました 細かい部分まで再現してあり素晴らしい 大事にします

長い間「大人の事情」で製品化されなかった最初のインターセプターがようやく発売。 良い所：何といっても購入するだけで「MADMAX版」が手に入る オートアート標準の造りで精密感と大スケール迫力のバランスが良い。 MADMAX2版との違いが再現されている（ホイール、ブロワー高さ、内装等） 残念な所：ブロワーの配管（黒いコード状の部分）が長すぎるのかクタッとしちゃってる。 「MFP」エンブレムが無い（大人の事情だけど・・・） 発泡スチロールの内箱にネジ止め、この車に限らずだけどやめて欲しい。 細かくこだわると「まだ足らない点がある」かとは思いますが、普通に買える製品が出た事は嬉しいです。

AUTOart フォード XB ファルコン チューンド・バージョン 「ブラック・インターセプター」(発売日2017/9/30 定価24,624円) 商品名や説明文から分かるように、あくまでもXB ファルコンのチューニングカーとしてのリリースですが、どこからどうみても映画『MAD MAX』に登場したインターセプターことブラック パーシュート スペシャルです。 一作目の版権関係の複雑さやAUTOartが過去に数度『MAD MAX2』のインターセプターをリリースしていたことから『怒りのデス・ロード』バージョンが先にリリースされるかと思いきやPART1仕様のインターセプターが発売となりマニアは必見の商品です。ただし、今回の商品も版権の問題がクリアされた訳ではないらしく、MFPロゴなどは省略されています。パッケージも黒と青に取り扱いの注意やフォードのライセンスロゴなど、最低限の表示しかされておらず、逆に目立ちます。 私の個体は目立った不良もなく良好な状態でした。また、バンパーの塗装もしっかりと艶のある塗装でした。気になる点といえば、スーパーチャージャー本体やエアスクープに瞬間接着剤の白い粉のような汚れが付いていたことぐらいです。 PART1仕様のインターセプターは長らくモデル化に恵まれず、トランスキット組んだ改造モデルがオークションで10万円近い値段で販売されていたりするなど実車同様手の届かない存在でした。 恐らく今回の機会を逃せば、もう二度と手にすることはできないと思います。迷っている方は是非オススメします!! 2018年8/19追記 購入してから、半年ぐらいにボンネットの開閉ヒンジに取り付けてあったネジが外れる様になりました。最近のオートアートのボンネットは実車同様、複雑なマルチリンク式のヒンジが採用されていますが、開閉には注意が必要です。

買ってしまいました。 結果大満足です。 ただ、やはり他のレビューにもありましたが、部品外れがあり、私の場合はバンパー裏の部品がポロリしておりました。しかし、自分で取り付けできる程度の状態でしたので難なく修復。 バリアスコートで磨いてニヤニヤしてます。

最高に格好いいミニカーです。マッドマックスファンにはたまらない一品です。
