Amazon first sent the wrong product, but corrected the problem. For localizing Ca++ in plant tissue sections, make it up fresh each use to pH 9 or higher, as recommended by Gomori. Run controls (EGTA pretreatment) to be sure of specificity of your results. Performs as it should. Good stuff, good price.
