Love this camera. Super easy to setup when you follow the quick setup instructions that are included. This has one of the best night vision cameras in it... I think the others that are saying that the night vision isn't good, didn't realize you actually have to turn it on, and I am pretty sure the poor reviews are from people that don't know how to use technology or who don't take the time to figure out how to use it. I use it in 480p instead of the 720p because I still get a nice crisp picture and with my network, it makes for less lag. I actually ordered 2 more once I set this one up because it lets you show up to 4 on your phone at the same time. Another thing I'd like to point out, is I have multiple devices connected to it, so both my wife and I can check in on the camera. My only complaint (which is pure vanity) is that the power cord is black and could be longer.

Works good, but only when the app works and sometimes just a blank screen. also I cannot figure out how to change the password.

Good Quality but instructions are horrible if you want to set up to view via desktop or add camera that is already on the network to a different device. I set up my camera via my iphone and tried to use the already on network set up process to add the camera to my ipad, but no joy. Company needs to find someone who can write clear and concise instructions for all methods of viewing and set up. Instructions are good only if you are just setting up for one mobile device.

I highly suggest not buying this or any camera that uses the same application technology from manufacturer in China. The camera makes direct connection to your IP address asking you to “keep the original password” but then after that, it’s doesnt allow you to change the password. This makes it easy for the application administrators to access your camera, IP addresss, as well as anything you have hooked up to your IP. Not only that, I didn’t notice until I bought it, but the camera is called “itTiot”. Umm. Really? Apparently the makers of this camera are mocking their consumers. After reading other reviews on the apple application purchase location for this app, I learned others were in fact hacked and that information was stolen. I wasn’t about to take my chances... I retired this camera along with the other camera I bought with the same application owner to amazon.

My dog recently had surgery and I wanted an inexpensive way to check on her during the day when I wasn’t home. So far the camera has worked out wonderfully. Sometimes it’s a little slow to connect but always comes through. Also, moving the camera view is very slow and takes a great deal of patience. Nice picture quality, especially the night vision. Very satisfied with my purchase. Set up was a breeze.

I am impressed at the quality of this camera and the price.easy to install.controls and settings are very easy to understand.great features,clear image,night vision,2 way communication...I put it in my kids room,they love it.even you are across town and still be able to check in on the kid! I like to using the two way microphone feature to talk to my kids while I am at work.the photos and videos is easy to recording in your phone.it is really fun to have it.small but works very well!!![微笑]

Wow, this is a great product and the service after the sale has been excellent as well. Setup was a breeze, I was slightly concrned because I use a Google WiFi mesh router system but everything was setup and running perfect within 10-15 minutes. The app on our iPhones works without a glitch and after a quick email to the company I was also able to download the software to both my Windows and Mac machines. I'll likely buy a couple more to round out the system. We bought this one to see our garage door from the inside because we are always wondering if we left it open.

Because I currently use the app this device is compatible with. I ordered two of these to pair. I currently have a different camera that has no connection issues.1. Shipment never arrived. Contact Amazon CS had to cancel order. Wait for gift card to arrive and re order. Adding time and stress.2. After second order arrived one camera non functional. Contact amazon cs AND SELLER.Amazon verifies that this is a hardware issue and needs to be returned. They can have me go through the same process for a new product. Vs seller sending a product that works without waiting for a refund.Seller was contacted stating IN CLEAR DETAILS that troubleshooting instructions on both pkg and amazon support were followed but still device was not attempting to connect to any WiFi.SELLER sends auto response to try troubleshooting. (Facepalm)The issue with the device is a manufacturer issue. This device has no way to hard wire connect to internet. If there is an issue with its signal there is a re-set button. However as some other reviews have mentioned this doesn’t always resolve the issue. (Even while placing device next to modem/router).When reading the reviews I knew it was a gamble but I had limited options due to needing a product comparable with a particular app. — If you DONT have this issue**DO NOT ORDER. It’s not worth the hassle if you can use another seller.
