Speedball HU41231 Linoleum Cutter Set (6 Piece), Multicolor

I bought this to carve my pumpkins during Halloween. I never ended up using it, but I did try it out quickly and it works great.

Bought this to attempt to make some stamps for save the dates & invitation envelopes. Never made my own stamps before but it was very easy and they turned out great.

Product photo showed wood handle but this is cheap plastic. Works OK for the price.

This is my second purchase of the Speedball Lino Cutter. I have used it to make custom stamps for my Girl Scout troop to use. The first one "got away." The tool was so easy to use, I promptly bought another just like it.

One star is too much for this piece of junk. This cutter is made so poorly that it is not usable . The blades do not fit in the socket at the right angle and the screw to change blades just makes the whole thing come apart. Within 5 minutes of use and then trying to change out the blade it is now totally stuck in the shaft. I have used older speedball cutters and they were made well and actually still work even after years of use.

I purchased this to carve linoleum tiles to use for ink stamping. This is a nice sturdy cutter which is easy to handle.

I have used this cutter for wood carving for years. A very experienced wood carver (he is published) introduced me to using these tools during a class I was taking. They are cheap and can cut several different profiles. A good investment for a wood carver.I made this purchase because I got tired of changing the cutter tips and decided to just buy another handle. Why didn't I think of it before?

Eh, probably works as designed, but the blades weren't the razor sharp blades I was hoping for.

Good cutters does the job.
