It took about 5 or 6 days before it started working. Be sure to give the medication time to work. It is a lifesaver for me.

First, and most importantly, these pills are extremely effective. For years I was troubled with various levels of constipation but from the first day using these pills my bowel movements have been one per day. This regularity has existed for a year now. I purchased the pills in the hope that it was some level of relief from my irregularity, but I never anticipated the totally positive result that has existed for over a year now.

About 10 yrs ago,I was prescribed movantic. One of the rare side effects is that somehow it changes you so that you feel what is goung on in your intestines. It is excruciating on most days. I purchased this product after watching the video of the doctor that said she did all this research and found the perfect ingredients to soothe and hydrate bowls for regular movements. She was very compelling, but I still had to do some of my own research on way I was having this issue in the first place. I started to learn that my gut microbiome was out of order. Candida overgrowth is my suspicion, so I've completely changed my diet; no carbs, sugar, dairy, fermented foods, fried foods, certain oils, no alcohol. And started taking these supplements along with 500mg of caprylic acid. I take one of each with breakfast, one of each for dinner.
