First of all it's messy to deal with it takes forever to liquefy to me it has no flavor but it gave me the worst stomach ache and diarrhea and nausea I've tried with and without ashwagandha I cannot take that herb either it makes me feel very sick so I'm very sad and disappointed because I have cognitive problems and I was hoping this would help me I do have a very sensitive stomach to begin with

It’s only been a couple of days but I’ve been having it with my hot tea (3x a day). The taste is better than I expected and even better with honey and lemon.

The brand I ordered on Amazon was out, this is not the same, not as strong and I will not order this brand again.

For the money, who knows ?!? Who really knows where or what is in it. Not much in the cute little package it comes in and the little Popsicle stick too. Don't feel any better/different. Might just be corn syrup with dark food coloring?!?!? Save your $$$ buy something you can see or try first. JMO

I bought it, it is hard to mix in water so I just dab it on my tongue and drink water. It doesn't taste bad.
