U can live without this
Good for lightweight food that u would do over the pan or plate so no need for using a chopping board and transferring, but didnt get on with it for carrots etc

I bought this as a Christmas gift and if it says what it does the receipient will be very happy, haven't seen the person as yet but it seems a very good utensil, maybe I should get one for myself, we did speak about this product and that's what made me buy it for this person.
