Size is CORRECT!
Size is CORRECT!.I will copy and paste my reply to another user who used a 5 gallon bucket to support claim that these bags at smaller that stated size."Thanks for the post. I took it into consideration when ordering the 15 Gallon size. However the size is correct. 14" X 18" = 15.4 US liquid gallons. Another user noted the dimensions for the 10 gallon size is 12 X 16 which is 10.4 US gallons. Note that US dry gallons and imperial gallons are bigger, therefore the total number of gallons would be a little less. All that to say...the posted number or gallons seems to be correct using US liquid gallons, which is what most of us use.He is the likely discrepancy:1. Most of us, myself included, are good at judging distance and weight, but not so good at volume because it is not a truly linear relationship. Note the formula involves squaring the radius. Volume = Height X Pi X r squared. The larger the cylinder, a very small increase in radius (or diameter) leads to a very large increase in volume, thus making it hard for us to judge. (Unless you are used to it)2. A 5 gallon bucket is not standard. All of them hold much more that 5 gallons. My internet search shows me that most buckets are about 11-12" in diameter and between 15 and 17 inches tall. This calculates to 6.1 to 8.3 Gallons. Note that in a 12 inch diameter bucket, you only need to be 10 inches high to get 5 gallons. (Of course the bucket is narrower at the bottom, so calculation is off a little) Therefore when you were adding the dirt from your "5 gallon" bucket, you probably were putting in 7 or 8 gallons. You only had a few gallons left.I hope this explains it."OK, that should do it. Please, anyone buying this item, I can assure you that these sizes are correct. (At least for the 15 gallon size that I purchased.)Math don't lie. This is not "fake news"! LOL

Wonderful!!
These have been wonderful for my tomato plants! They definitely retain water better than plastic pots which is perfect for the hot Texas heat. So affordable and easy to store because they lay flat. Definitely would recommend!

good bags but the price is not right
I paid around $35 for 5 pack of 15 gallon bags, so that's about $7 per bag, are you serious? totally over priced... good bags but the price is not right.
