I like the fine mist. Getting to choose how many hours I want it running is a big plus, and how much I want of it with a low medium or high output setting.What I don't like is the light up dots fade VERY quickly or go completely dark on the settings you use regularly after many months of use. Luckily I use it on the same setting so cycling through the other dots I can see, I know I put it on the dot that is dark. This is frustrating but I work around it because right now I don't want to buy another, all else on it works well, and a new one by this company would likely develop the same problem.

it works. for small rooms only

It seems to help my husband with dry mouth and stuffiness. Very quiet can leave on nightstand which is where we have it. Clean it ever few months.

used it a couple months before one of our cats tipped it over and broke it and we had to throw it out because we could not figure out what was wrong with it

I thought this a great product until it stopped working in less than 6 months. I called customer support all day and left voicemails and never received any response so far. I wonder if the customer support line is a fake.

After trying multiple other humidifiers for our bedroom this one is the perfect one. Quiet. Effective. Easy to clean.
