I was SO skeptical about this simple device releaving my carpal tunnel pain and elbow joint soreness, but it did! After one use, I was able to sleep through the night without awakening to burning, shooting pain through my arms. I also wore compression gloves to sleep for the same pain in my hands developing whilst I slumber. After three nights of consecutive use before bed, watching the evening news for about 10-15 minutes, running the devices up and down my hands, arms, shoulders and neck, I no longer needed to wear the compression gloves through the night. FANTASTIC! As a licensed massage therapist and esthetician who has worked on clients for 20+ years, I very much recommend this device. The last 2 years, prior to Covid shutting me down, I had to scale back clients because of the pain in my hands and arms. After being on a 2020-2021 “break”, I started working again in Spring 2022 and the pain was so excruciating and caused so many sleepless nights that I retired from the physical labor, purchased the compression gloves and focus on my rehabilitation. Housework became a challenge. If I vacuumed for an hour, or worked with a garden tool, I had pain through the night. This unique device is a god send! I started sharing the item info from Amazon with previous clients I knew could use it, because they had occupations requiring then to sit or stand for long periods of work on computers, dictation devices, giving nail services, nursing and hairdressing. The only improvement I would make is a different handle. I appreciate the solid, one piece design of the tool, and it’s small for travel, but if there were a way for it to be longer and larger, so I can grip it in my fatigued hands better without dropping it, that would just be the cherry on the top! Until then, Hubby will have to work on my posterior pressure points! Buuuut, ya know, I scratch his back, he accuPRESSURES mine! LOL!

This roller gives a really intense "massage"-- almost too much for me at first (and I like a lot of pressure) but I am quickly adjusting to it and enjoying it a lot now. Also, I realized that I can adjust the pressure by how hard I press with my hand on the handle. I was used to having to press really hard to get an effect, but this roller does the work for you, so you don't have to work so hard! The handle is comfortable in my hand, and the roller rolls smoothly and feels like it is well made and will last a long time. The unit is smaller than I expected-- the handle is approx 4 inches long and the roller is about an inch a and a half wide. I had imagined it to be larger, but it's working just fine at this size.

I got this for my feet and it works great once it stops tickling. Takes a few minutes. My son thinks it is funny to grab my feet and tackle them with this. But I highly recommend this if you get sore feet.

It would have been an excellent product but I have to fix the screw every time I use it. It helps with my circulation but the frustration of the screw is annoying. So I would say quality could be better. It is a simple product to use. I like that the product is small and easy to pack when traveling.

Heavy quality feel! Comes in a little box and with a soft pouch. I’m pretty sensitive to pain, and when I roll it on my skin I don’t really feel anything. If you press harder or pat/light pressure tap your skin then you’ll feel the pokies. The tips are rounded out which is most likely why you have to press harder to feel something. Since it’s rounded out the tips it’ll be fine to run on your face/neck. But you can use for all over. I would just use a wet wipe to clean it or if you run it under water make sure to fully dry it since the screw areas might rust overtime. Idk what you’d use this for besides just rolling it on your skin! Feels good! *This is NOT a derma roller*

Gave to very good LMT, masseuse, who uses various devices to prevent hand a wrist overworking. Did not find it to her liking.
