This door security bar is no joke—it’s ridiculously efficient! I found out the hard way when my kiddo put it in place, and I forgot it was there. These are very sturdy, and they don't slide when someone tries to push through your door. I live in an apartment complex that only has a deadbolt on the door to hold it shut so I wasn't sleeping very well at night. So, I got to searching online for security stuff for an apartment and these came up, so I checked out the reviews and such and I decided to purchase them. I'm so glad I did because I've had random strangers walk up to my front door in the broad daylight and try to walk into my apartment like they live here they don't live here but they tried. I feel so much safer with these up to both my doors. I only take these down if I've gone out to get the mail, walk my dog or something like that and I don't linger outside my home for very long because I have two adult children with disabilities at home I have to make sure they're safe as well.
