The chilles are of similar size. It gives out great spicy flavour when used in tadka. They are well dried. Good for cooking.

It doesn't take much of this and there's a large amount in the bag. The bags are resealable. It's very finely ground, colorful, and very tasty and spicy. I like you to spices don't overwhelm The Taste but this is a strong medium to low hot in heat. It's about like "a nuclear" on the Zaxby's scale.

I love Pav Bhaji, the traditional street food originating from Mumbai. This spice blend is warm, spicy, and full of flavor. It makes a delicious comfort meal. I add cauliflower, carrots, and sometimes peas, to the potatoes, even though I believe it's usually made without the cauliflower. However, the bag I received had the "Zoff" food labels stuck over top a bag originally printed with "Best Life" company and "turmeric powder" as the contents. I found that odd. I guess it's ok if the Zoff company is just using leftover (clean) bags, or if they rebranded the Best Life company. I just wish it was more transparent, what's going on here. That didn't stop me from enjoying this delicious spice blend, though.
