Works for chicken, veggies and bread. Easy to clean.
These are great for spreading things on chicken and vegetables. I use a different color on chicken vs the veggies, just to keep everything separate. These spread olive oil on pita bread, marinade on chicken and veggies.I haven't used them for baking.Easy to clean.

Durable yet versatile
Nice size, having more than one available is great when cooking more than one dish. Soft and smooth to the touch but still firm and easy to wash. Some minor discoloration from washing in the dishwasher but still great.
