What??? Jawdropped
I hesitated quite a fair bit before deciding to get this as the reviews were pretty mixed. In the end I just went and got it as I was tempted by the "good reviews" and demo videos. As usual, it didn't take me long after delivery that I started to tear open the box. First impression after opening the box was the toy gun itself. It felt good, sturdy and has a "realistic" weight about it which I liked. The grip was good, especially with the scales at the sides. I worried about the fitting in the battery after seeing reviews about it. They weren't wrong and at the same time it wasn't that bad of a deal. I did have to fiddle with it somewhat and had to sort of fold the wires in, raising concerns that I might damage the wiring in the process (not knowing much about electronics an wires). The battery came already charged and once it fitted it in, I had a royally astounding time shooting gel balls all over my tiny home (of course, only during my breaks). I would say it is fairly accurate and the speed and accuracy is way better than my Fire Rat II. I especially like the sound it makes when the gel balls shoot out (without the slider clacking in and out, I locked the slider). I also liked that they included the two magazines and the drum. I would have much preferred if both magazines were long ones, but they are still good nevertheless. I don't prefer the touchlight, I find it superfluous and a drain on the battery so I didn't connect it up. Would have prefered if the barrel was metal or alloy based but supposed that would have driven up the price for the toy. The toy has two shooting modes, both powered. It goes full auto and a little bit staccato if you press the trigger lightly and release. Would have preferred if I could shoot manually without the battery as to see how accurate I can get without a full "spray" of gel balls. Overall, a value for money buy and if they make improvements in the future with a reasonable price hike, I would definitely get into that.

Dont waste your effort please.
This item is a complete waste of time and effort. I bought this gun for my son and gave them the benefit of the doubt when the first one didn't work. I reordered it and the second one also doesn't work. Please everyone don't waste your time or money on this product.

Absolute game changer (IT DOES COME WITH THE BLUE ORBEEZ)
This thing is the absolute coolest thing i’ve bought so far. absolute game changer for the price. i highly recommend it. just a small disclaimer MKAE SURE TO READ HOW TO WORK THIS THING. i thought trial and error would work but trust me reading the operation instructions will be helpful for when you get it. fires accurately and fast. would recommend to shoot that one guy in school that pisses you off because getting hit by this thing does hurt i promise you that. 100% would recommend this to anyone.

Decent with some downsides
These bottom fed blasters seem to work decently but not as consistently as a cheaper top fed. There's a little spring loaded lever up in the mag well that is supposed to keep the gels from falling back out of the feed tube when you pull the mag out, but it looks like it's made for bigger gels as the ones it comes with just fall right through. So you're basically always dropping gels out unless you are ready to catch them. Hold the gun upside down and the gels are just going to fall out of the mag instead since there will always be some remaining which can't feed unless there are enough balls below. There is basically just a motorized paddle wheel that cycles them up into a tube in the mags so they single-file their way to the top. So you basically also always need to cycle the blaster a bunch of times after each mag load before the gels reach the barrel again. Otherwise it's a decently built blaster that launches them out about the same as other toy-grade ones I've tried. I put a laser on this one and another cheaper one and they are both able to be pretty accurate. Would give 4 stars if it was cheaper.

Customer service was great
On our initial purchase the gel blaster stopped working and would only fire when held upside down. My son quickly reached out to customer service and we ordered another one and it works great!
