Used for taping a sprained foot tendon, tape remained intact after hours of bare foot sport. Has a great stretch on it for applications that require it. Sticks to skin and itself really well. But separate tape or other adhesive is best used for securing the loose end down at the end of taping.

Its good but; finishes too quick, comes off a bit easy especially when it gets wet.However its very good at conpressing the wrist.

Bought this tape to provide protection and support for my toes while hill walking in The Lake District. Did a 5 hour walk on Helvellyn yesterday and had no problems with my toes - a previous problem, especially on descents. An excellent product that I can recommend to all 😊

Not really ideal for workouts. Really restrixts finger movement. Good for wrapping around wrists and fingers for being in goal at football though.

Bought this to wrap parts of certain fingers whilst doing CrossFit and lifting . It goes on easy and rips cleanly. It sticks well and stays in place but comes off easy in the shower after your workout

Tape helped to protect some fissures on right thumb from playing golf.

These are brilliant, I mostly use them as plasters for cuts on my fingers. I keep a roll in the first aid kit in the kitchen. I find other types of plasters do not stick but I wrap this around a few times and it stays in place. I also think it helps my cuts to heal quicker. It is easy to cut with a scissors and I find it is a good substitute. I also use them along with Ralvo Medical Plasters. I put a strip of this at the top and the bottom and the plaster stays in place.I have purchased these a couple of times and would definitely buy again and highly recommend.
