I really want to edit this feedback. I also contacted After Grow who asked me to send some photos and said if there is a defect, they would replace it right away. I wanted to acknowledge their customer service as very good. Ironically, after I sent some pics and explained the problems, the darn thing started working much better! And, After Grow told me how to clean the whole thing and what to use to lubricate the threads. So, 4 Stars up for this item and it's vendor!I have wanted this herb grinder for a long time. I read it was really good. However, once I opened it, the teeth didn't look as sharp as they looked in pictures I've seen.Then I tried grinding my tea leaves. The design is such that the openings for the herbs to fall through are very small slits. I had to grind one small batch of tea leaves at least 3 times to get the right ground size.
