Is there any 8 bay charger that would work with these Kratax batteries?

I do not think that Kratax makes a 8 position charger. I have used other lithium AA charges with no issue. I have not purchased a 8 position charger from a different company yet, but based on available specs and comments by other Amazon users, I think other lithium AA battery chargers will work fine. Sorry that I can not give you a definitive answer.

Why does the description say nimh in one place and li-on in another?

Good question for the seller. But the Kratax batteries I purchased and received say Li-ion on both the batteries themselves and the charger too.

Can this be used with any charger or a specific chager is required ?

The output voltage of our charger is 5V, and the output current of a single charging slot is 0.5A. As long as your charger can output 5V-0.5A stably, the battery can be charged.
