I bought these on a recommendation of a friend for using in creating ventilation in plastic tubs for raising all manner of insects and tiny livestock.They are uniform in size, the mesh is solid, and hot glue holds them in place nicely.I imagine they would tolerate the heat of burning tobacco, incense, or whatever you like to smoke, but I didn't test that.
