Product did not work and we had to return.

No wonder my kitten got bored of this after 2 nights. It just spins slowly around, sometimes at different speeds, stopping constantly every 2 seconds. That's it. That lasts for 30 seconds or so and then you have to click the button again. There is also no way to interact with it with your phone or any Smart Home accessories unless I think you buy a hub type thing.This is just not worth it.

This is a great product. Really top quality, you can see that even from the package. Not a Chinese product. My cats loved this. They started to play right away. This can be integrated with other products of the same company and can be controlled from one Mobile App. It was very easy to set up, i didn't even looked at the guide. Very easy to operate from the dedicated mobile application and also from the provided remote control. The seller also fantastic, they have been communicating with until end after the delivery. I highly recommend this to any one with pets. Great investment.

We had a great opportunity to test out a Pawbo Catch (along with a Pawbo+, see separate review) at a reduced rate, from The Insiders. This was in return for an unbiased and honest review of the product, which can be found below: The teaser toy needs to be fitted into the Pawbo Chase device after unpacking. There are two locations where the teaser can be located, giving a bit more variation to your cats play. The Pawbo Catch device comes with a remote control, so you have the option of using with the Pawbo+ device, or using it independent of any other device, just using the remote to control it. However, you can't use both the Pawbo+ and the remote to control the device. Because I was testing the Pawbo+ along with this device, I set the Pawbo Catch up to operate with a Pawbo+ - this was simply checking the position of a switch. Then the device should operate when told to do so by your Pawbo+. This was the point where I realised that the 2m range specified was greatly exaggerated, at least with my particular device. I was also disappointed when I realised that even when using the Pawbo+, the communication to the Pawbo Catch is still simply infra red. In my head I'd assumed it would perhaps be wireless communication. Anyway, we eventually found a distance compatible for the Pawbo Catch to operate, and set it off. I was impressed by the way the device spins and changes speed/direction. Sadly my cats weren't as impressed! Only 1 of 8 cats took much interest, and that was because he wanted to chew the fluffy top of the teaser. By the way, the teaser itself does seem to be of a very good quality. So, in conclusion, despite being of good build quality, the IR sensor let's this product down in my opinion. It also didn't attract the majority of my cats - but I don't think a product can necessarily be blamed for that. Cats are so finnicky with their likes and dislikes.#PawboFun #TheInsidersUK

Looks like good quality product. However quite fiddly to set up, doesn’t come with batteries and instructions quite vague. Also not clear to me from the website that you can’t use the app unless you also buy another pawbo device. Cat mildly interested.

Looks promising but failed to work. New batteries in the controller and base unit. It does nothing, at all.This is not the first time the UK stuck it to me. Bush bush sleeps next to it sometimes. I think she's doing that for my benefit.~ Still not working. Contacted the maker and they said that's what is supposed to do. I clearly seen that thing whipping around with a cat. No whipping at all on mine. Cat lost all interest and now has to take antidepressants.~Angered by the lack of attention to correct the issue, and deep rooted depression, have led cat to drinking and fights in the neighborhood.

Neat idea till the feather on toy fell off within 2 days of using toy. And the company does not warranty anything at all. Save you're money an DO NOT buy this toy. J'ai commander ce jouet pour occuper mon chat qui ne veut pas jouer seul. Je voulais l'utiliser sans l'application car je ne voulais pas investir dans la caméra a presque 200€. Ce jouet n'est vraiment pas génial, avec la télécommande il tourne a peine 2 min, du coup il faut toujours être à côté pour le déclencher. Bref je renvoie car inutile
