I've discovered gently balancing the packet on the brim of the mug while my tea steeps makes the honey a little more runny. Simply snap the packet in half and squeeze every drop of heavenly manuka into your cup. If you forget to "steam" the packet before your tea is done, giving the packet a quick skinny dip will also do the trick!
