Original picture of item, and shown in video, shows a wallet card for pet information, along with key chain. No card arrived when key chain which arrived today (ordered 12/5/2023). One might make one’s own wallet card, I guess. Fortunately, I was tired of waiting and ordered another product that arrived yesterday. It had key chains, wallet cards and stickers with info to put on windows for first responders, etc. Actually this key chain is large enough and sturdy enough that one could use permanent marker on back with contact info.

If we are in an accident at least we have this tag so that hopefully someone will help our dogs.

I got 3 key chains. One had been opened and retaped and was broken. Not happy about it. I wanted to give all as gifts. Could only give 2.

Pretty useless when you get the key ring that states "See Wallet Card for Emergency Contact" right across the front of the tag and then they don't include the wallet card. The key ring itself is okay, kind of cheaply made, especially around the edges as you can see in my pic. It is only printed on one side, not a deal breaker, but not including the wallet card is. If you watch the video on the listing, it shows the wallet card. Plus it took a full month to receive it. You would think that something that is so important as an alert that you have pets at home if there is an emergency, that it would come with the card that tells them who to contact. Quite disappointing.

It says it comes with a wallet card and it did not. The Keychain even says to check wallet card.

Good clear lettering. Just larger than it needs to be.

I ordered this as it is one of my worst fears that something happens to me and my dogs are home alone. It is supposed to come with a contact information card to write down emergency contact info and put in your wallet. It does not. The keychain has nowhere to put that info so it's essentially useless.

I guess i assumed it would be like the other keyring tags and be flexable nylon(?).it is thick but hard plastics..its ok and does the job..
