Easy installation and can wear regular tennis shoes with them and no rough outer edge. Makes biking so much more comfortable on the feet. They can also be used with bike shoes and lock in. Highly recommend.

These pedals are really good for duality. I bought these to go on a Nordic bike at home that I had bought at a secondhand store. They go well, they are snug, but not as sturdy as I thought on the strap part, but still, they work well. I haven’t tried the side that has the clip on with my shoes yet, but actually so far I haven’t needed to. Really good pedals!

These were easy to install and better than the petals that came with my spin bike.

My giant mountain bike had pedals that were impossible to add cages to. I am a big fan of cages because I can wear street shoes, camping shoes, etc and not have to have any special clips. They also help because I have a tendency to duck foot and the cages help me keep my feet positioned properly on the pedals. I tried some other brands and they were top heavy, meaning at every intersection when I had to remove my foot they would flop upside down. To be expected, but some were very hard to flip back over and get your shoe in. This is terrible when in traffic in the city and you can't get your shoe in, plus at least on my bike the others would scrape when upside down which is terrible. These I can flick with my toe and slide my shoe on, usually after the first pedal when I get going, and they don't scrape. So very happy. Also standard thread so they work on pretty much any normal bike. Bummer that giant pedals didn't have any way to just add cages, but a full replacement was easy. They don't seem to add any noticeable resistance either, if they do they make up for it by having a cage so I can get that 180 degrees of extra power when climbing a hill, etc.

We were able to replace our old spin bike’s pedals with these. Very nice, because you can flip them over to use the cages or the clip-in attachments. One of my shoes is stuck, but I think that’s my fault, not this product’s.

I bought a stationary bike that came with "not so good pedals" I must say, no clips, so I am glad I found these ones, easy to install and compatible with the spinning shoes that I use, love the fact that my husband can use the side with no cleats which is very comfortable. I highly recommend and definitely would buy again.

My husband and I got a great deal on a Peloton but didn’t have shoes, this product was much needed. He now uses the bike daily with no issues. The pedals were simple to put on and until we get shoes specifically for the Peloton these will be used.
