I bought two of these cameras for each of my grandkids, ages 8 and 10. They love them and have enjoyed taking pictures of everything! I bought the cases for them for the convenience of taking them with us on vacation, to ball games, etc. but a case isn't necessary. The cameras are well made and are easy to use. It is fun seeing the images they capture. It's great for them to have their own camera versus always wanting to use my phone to take a picture. They can take as many pictures as they want to and then go back and delete the ones that aren't what they wanted or liked because of the SD card in the camera. Overall, this was a great purchase for Christmas!

I bought this for my daughter to take on a trip to Alaska. The very first day it broke. The digital screen went black. It would not take or show any pictures. Waste of money.
