Perfect Size For Files
I have purchased these before but I needed more. I got them and again they are perfect. If you needed it for security these aren’t for you. I love the size and dimensions. These have a carrying handle and a snap lid.

Perfect for my tax records
I've actually ordered more of these. They are sturdy, durable, and easy to use — though I admit I sometimes forget that the opening catch is a little clever. The builtin rails fit my Pendaflex files nicely. The first file shows through the translucent side, so I mark it with a marker to indicate what is in the box. They come in two sizes; I can't decide which I like better. The bigger ones are even more stable, but the smaller ones are lighter when full.

Handle is the weak link
I love the design of the box and that it's modular. I only bought 1 to see how it would do. I did read others' reviews about a weak handle, but figured I would give it a try. After filling the box (less than 5 lbs), the handle broke off when carrying it to another room. Not happy. Won't be buying another.

Nice file box with storage for pens in the lid
I bought a couple of these for my treatment plants. It keeps all my documents that I am required my the state to have easy to find. I’m also able to keep my log book in it and so far it’s kept it I’m good condition. The high humidity here in south Florida tends to warp the pages if not protected. I also like the fact it has a place to store pens in the lid. Keeps me from having to dig around the truck looking for one. Aside from the hanging files and log book I also keep a clipboard in it ( though at a slight angle as it is larger then whet the box is intended to hold). All and all I am very happy with the boxes. And will pick up more as needed.

Storing Kid Art
My son is an artist, a 7-year-old Picasso, and he loves his art, but doesn't know how to take care of his art. I bought these along with hanging folders so he could learn how to protect the things he loves. We also learned about categorizing it--so marker art, crayon art, etc. Now when he loves something, he goes to his bins and files them away for later. Also makes it so much easier to brag. He can tote his folders around and show it off!I found the bins to be sturdy, compact, and very easy to store in our storage cubes. The handles are firm and nice, though the little tray covers at the top pop off to the point they're simply an nuisance for a kid, and I got rid of them.

Great for portable filing needs.
When we travel, I need to take about a dozen important files with me to conduct business away from home. Two of these portable filing boxes fill this need perfectly. They are study, very durable, easy to transport, and easy to open and close securely. They are not lockable. I have never had to carry them in the rain, but looking at their design, I'm sure if they get wet from precipitation, the documents inside will remain dry. However, they are not water tight nor submersible. Each file box can hold about 6 one inch thick pendaflex hanging files.

Love it!
I love this box! I open the lid, set it on the side of my desk, and throw mail I want to keep in it. I literally open my mail, decide to keep it, and throw it in the box. Anything I don’t want to keep gets thrown away. I do that for a year. At the end of the year, I sort it quickly, make folders, hang them in the box, and store it away. It’s big enough to catch everything, small enough to not be a nuisance next to my desk, and durable enough to store for years to come. This is the second year I’ve done this, and it makes opening mail and storing it all quick, easy, and less annoying.

works, but could be much better built
This file storage box works, but is a bit flimsy. In particular the lid attachment to the box seems weak. It is working so far, but I worry it is going to fail. If it were to fail the box would fall open and all the files might spill out while carrying it. I wish it had a more secure feeling latch. There is also a small indent box on the top to hold a pen or two and the door to that is very flimsy. I do not use it at all, I just throw a pen into the bottom of the box. Overall, it is workable, but I think could be much better made for the price.
