Nice and pleased

I just got the item yesterday and this, by far, has been the worst item i have got from Amazon. The diffuser does not even work from the start ! I was very excited to try out the product but alas !!! Highly dissapointed. And further adding to my dissapointment was the fact that this stupid item is not returnable! That sums up why the seller is so keen on disposing off such worthless items .... i feel scammed!!!
