Very nice bag, made well, nice size and great price!

I love Radley bags, and this is a nice bag, and a good over the shoulder size. Usual nice leather, and quality hardware on the bag. That's why 4 stars.The star removed is for the following:I was however a mite disappointed when this arrived, as I think it's been used. When I opened the box and the plastic bag it came in (sealed with sellotape, never a good sign) I saw that the bag was creased as if used, the handle and zip tag were missing their 'new bag' protective wrapping, the pink dustbag was threaded through the handle of the bag, and the bag itself is missing its Scottie dog tag. To cap it all, there was a dirty tissue in the bottom of it - yuck! - and the inner lining is all rucked up at the bottom.I have no idea what to think, or whether to return it and get another (such a hassle), or just live with it. This was 'Fulfilled by Amazon', so somehow, somewhere, someone's quality check system has gone awry.Maybe it's a second that's been put to sale via Amazon by Radley. Who knows?I should add that I have had other Radley bags from Amazon, and they've been absolutely perfect in every way, and am very happy with choice, delivery and so on. I think this one has somehow slipped through.

The bag is light and spacious.Brown colour a bit dull,but overall the bag is nice.

Great bag for the price

I was expecting the shape to be boxy, but it is tapered towards the top, making it look elegant. Looks great, bargain price £87. Shoulder strap decent width fits comfortably without slipping off. The exterior pocket on the bag is a slip pocket, with no zip (the description is incorrect) but a zip pocket inside. I prefer shoulder bags with the shorter type of strap. The zip runs smoothly. Beautifully wrapped in tissue. It’s not a heavy bag.

Lovely bag but would be too heavy for me when filled.
