These are the first 50A powerpole style contacts I've used (I usually use the smaller 30A variety).This set is a good value for the money. The terminals have a large opening and will accept wire much larger gauge wire. I was able to fit high strand count 6ga wire no problem.When mating, the connectors snap together with a solid feel. I like the quality of the supplied parts and having dust boots is handy to protect the open end when not mated.

What a major disappointment! Received the connectors and went to install on my overlanding trailer and jeep to power the charging system before leaving on vacation in 2 days. After starting with the trailer, I secured the connecting pins to the wire and went to insert into the connectors and they do not lock in and keep slipping out. Now I have to scramble to find someplace local to get these before our trip. What a waste of time and money!

I'm very pleased with these Anderson connectors that I used converting my van with solar and charger. The Anderson connectors are great because they only engage one way and you can't change polarity once connected. They are very simple to wire and connect making the job simple to complete.

These Anderson Power Pole Connector clones seem to work just fine. I needed to replace the plastic shell on some Anderson connectors. I was able to easily remove the shell, and use the already crimped Anderson metal connector pieces, which I slid right into these connectors. I don't have an actual Anderson connector to try to mate this to, but it works well with the connectors in this package.All my connectors had the metal tabs, unlike some other reviewers.

I needed extra plugs to switch out and connect an invertor to the cable I use for my trailer winch. These look identical to the 50A connectors I already had and they assembled with no issues and mated up perfectly. These are the first ones I have seen that support the waterproof plugs. I didn't use them for my instance since I was mating with plugs that didn't have it already but it looks like it would work and is a nice improvement over the originals.

Luckily these were just to have extras on hand for several projects. Upon inspection the housings of the connectors were all missing the retention spring that clips and holds the contacts in place. May have just been a bad batch of these parts that didn't get the retention springs inserted into the housing but be aware its a possibility to have them missing. All the other components were there and looked to be useable but without the retention springs in the housing they are kind of useless.

These aren't genuine Anderson SB50 connectors but they're extremely similar. The ones that I got did have the clips that hold the silver ends in (some reviewers mentioned that those thin metal spring clips were missing but it seems the manufacturer has that issue fixed). Be aware that the different colors of SB50 (aka 50A Anderson) connectors have different patterns in the plastic so they will only connect with the same color of connector, to keep end users from mixing and matching things that might not be compatible (different Voltages, for instance).

Connectors appeared to be good but inside spring that holds wire terminals were missing in two and wire terminals were missing. I just wanted to replace them but option was return for refund only. So i will return for a refund and get the real deal Anderson plugs. O'l saying some time true one gets what one pay's for...
