High quality
This is a great quality burner, works better than the one we used to have that was way more expensive! It’s easy to use and the price is great, as I couldn’t find a double burner anywhere for under $150 until I found this one.

For Maple Sap
As a project, we started to collect maple sap to make syrup. Never did anything similar before. I decided to buy this propane stove to boil the sap to a certain point and then finish the boiling process on our inside stove. This propane stove was comparatively less expensive than other maple sap boiling options - so I tried it. Now the review. The stove is easy to assembly and set-up. No issues. It worked well for my project (maple sap boiling process) and I am further considering to purchase a griddle plate to make eggs and bacon when the weather is nicer. This stove is not too heavy, but I do have another person help carry the stove into the garage when finished because it looks like it would rust quickly if exposed to rain --don't care about carrying it in and out because again, the stove is not too heavy, yet sturdy. Overall, I like the product.

Very sturdy
We did have initial issues to light it up at first but I assumed because it was new it needed to burn any residue in the pilot. Once we applied the light for a bit and set played with the regulator to ensure we got the blue flame this worked like magic. Heated the pot supper fast to boiling and we maintained in low for couple of hours to keep the foot hot for coming visitors. If I need another one I will definitely purchase again.

Good, but important details to know
Obviously one could not expect perfection for this price. I am cool with that. I am also not regretting the purchase, as it works, and a little futzing with it is acceptable. Used it yesterday to brew, and it worked well enough. I felt quite safe around it, both with regard to the fact that there is FIRE, as well as boiling liquid in large pots (a 6 quart and a 20 quart, both full) so stability on the stand is nice. I had to unscrew and re-align the burner on the right. It now works better than the burner on the left, which I will adjust as well, although it does not show the same issue that the right one had, which was basically too much oxygen making weak, orange flame. The bolts holding the burner itself to the frame were not tightened (they could not be since they were too long and the holes were not fully tapped) ... easy fix with some washers. However, I could not properly thread all three bolts in ... the hole needs to be enlarged. So after doing this I went ahead and brewed with it. The burner controls are really cheap feeling ... I adjust the regulator itself to make the flame the lower size I wanted. Much finer control. Also, the thing leaks somewhere .. .I can smell propane when the burners are shut off. I could not find the leak ... I think it's the el-cheapo valves. So definitely shut off your main valve on the tank when in use!!! But in the end, it brought my wort to a boil in not too much time, used less propane than I thought it was going to, and for the price I'm very happy.
