I really like this set of files for jewelry making. As I get older, it is a bit more difficult to grip and use my micro files. Because this set comes with a screwdriver style, interchangeable handle, it’s a lot easier to use. I am a 71yr old senior and recommend this set if your hands aren’t as agile as they use to be.The grit on these files is a bit courser than my micro files, but it will get the job done and the easy grip makes it worth the extra effort. This set comes in a nice, sturdy little snap-shut hard plastic case. imo, This is a great price for the quality.

This little kit is a great traveler set of little files. It fits in my glove box and would fit in my motorcycle tool kit. The pieces secure firmly into the handle. I've had no problem keeping the file attachments in place. They are effective files without being too aggressive. They are perfect for finetuning or tight places. I find them to be a great value.

the file kit containing 6 interchangeable needle files shipped from amazon. they came quickly, packaged well, and new (not a return).the 6 interchangeable files, and locking handle come in a little clear plastic box to keep them organized and together. the handle is maybe 4 " long, and the blades 5". the blades are textured differently, fine in texture, and shaped differ-ently. the handle seems to hold the file blades securely when seated correctly. therefore, over all they are suited for work with hobbies, or small projects, and would be an asset I believe.a small note of thanks for purchase was included which I appreciated, because I have only received such a note only one other time with a purchase.
