At first I found the information to be poorly organized and difficult to understand. But after the second chapter it gets much better and it's really informative.

The authors are optimistic that government planning can reduce the severity of economic collapses. There are numerous charts, data summaries, and economic facts and figures that support the broad theory of a planned alteration of the scale of the world economy while maintaining quality of life and personal freedoms.
