Excellent Performance with a Minor Heat Issue
I've been using the 10GBASE-T SFP+ Transceiver to upgrade my network, and it's been performing flawlessly. The ability to convert SFP+ to RJ45 and achieve 10G speeds over copper Ethernet is a game-changer for my setup. My data transfers are lightning-fast, and overall network efficiency has noticeably improved. One thing to be aware of is that the transceiver gets extremely hot during operation—almost too hot to touch. While this hasn't impacted its performance or reliability for me, it's something to consider. I'd recommend ensuring your equipment has proper ventilation to help manage the heat.Despite this minor issue, I'm very satisfied with the product. If you're looking to enhance your network with 10G capabilities, this module is a fantastic choice. Just keep an eye on the temperature, and you'll be all set!

Works great with TP-Link Omada and Ubiquiti switches
Used these in both TP-Link Omada switches and UniFi aggregation switches. They are plug and play, recognized right away and link at the full 1000Mbps speed as they should. Normally I stick with 10Gtek as my go to brand but decided to give these a try and they work excellent. They are being used as both trun/uplinks as well as downlinks to some APs that are using external power injectors. Have had these in service for over a year now and they are problem free.

Useless - Falsely advertised to work with Supermicro!
I wanted to give this item ZERO stars, but the lowest option is a single star.I recently bought two Supermicro 2U servers with their "SIOM LAN Support". The SIOM card in these systems has two SFP+ ports.I bought these SFP+ RJ45 transceivers specifically for this application. Unfortunately I took me until now to figure out that what is at fault is these transceivers! I had a run of bad luck including an immaculately looking Xeon processor being dead. However, after trying unRAID, TrueNAS Scale and Windows 10 it is no apparent that these RJ45 transceivers are NOT compatible with Supermicro.Unfortunately by now more than a month has passed, so I am out out $160 and have four completely useless paper weights to show for it!Explicitly advertising these transceivers to be compatible with Supermicro is FALSE ADVERTISING.Given that fact, I would not trust any of the other claims regarding compatibility and could not recommend this product to anyone! You have been warned. Pay extra and get an Intel SFP+ transceiver - don't get suckered in by the cheap price, because if/when it doesn't work you're still going to have to buy the more expensive transceivers anyway!

Works like a champ, no issues at all
No issues auto-negotiating a link or anything else. Has been in service for about a year so it gets my 5 star approval.

Working great in a Netgear Prosafe GS748T
I got one of these to go an a Prosafe GS748T switch. I plugged it into a SFP port, connected cables, powered up the switch, and it worked. Enough said. Well aside from how $10 was a decent price for it.

Works Well but Runs Hot
The module works as expected, but like most SFPs, it runs a little hot. Not a defect, just something to note.

Compatible with SODOLA switches
Bought this to take advantage of the 10GB SFP+ ports on the 2.5GB SODOLA switches I bought. While I don't have anything that can generate that much throughput I am able to maintain a stable 10gb connection between my switch and ASUS GT-AXE16000 router with cat6 cable. Great inexpensive sfp option.
