I have been testing my blood sugar levels pretty regularily for about a year as I was told by my Dr that I am at risk of type II diabetes. Because of this I've made changes and I've also been using different things to 'help' with my blood sugar levels. I was hopeful this would help lower my glucose levels but I have not noticed any real difference.While the supplement boasts a blend of herbs and vitamins, including Gymnema, Neem, and Turmeric, I haven't noticed any significant impact on my blood sugar levels during the my first 3 weeks of using it.Unfortunately, for me, this just didn't do much (or hasn't up to this time).

I got these for my husband and he is really noticing the difference. He has always needed to eat first thing in the morning and has never been able to do intermittent fasting because his blood sugar drops. He says he has more energy too, and is not losing steam midway through the day or after he eats. I'm super excited that he is finally taking something for this.

I tried this supplement for a week. Because it contains notable amounts of some nutrients in my regular multivitamin, I discontinued that while trying this out. The first thing I noticed was the taste. These have a strange taste to them, though in the bottle the odor is much more potent. It have a slight aftertaste, but I eliminated that by taking it with something other than water to mask it. Note that it didn't persist very long even with water. The capsules are somewhat large, so if you have issues taking large pills, these could present an issue. Second, I didn't notice any benefits to taking these that I wasn't already getting from my multivitamin. The various herbal ingredients in this apparently don't have an effect on me. This supplement is supposed to support a healthy metabolism, but if anything, taking this seemed to drag me down. Since my blood sugar levels are in the normal range, this is supposed to help maintain it there, but it's impossible to say that it helped or hindered in that regard since I didn't get blood tests before and after.
