Product is not working, it's is dead

I recently purchased this product, and it has been fantastic. The material feels premium, with a soft interior fabric that ensures maximum comfort. The media could not be loaded. I have used this product for almost 8 months, my every family members have used this product, it's slightly heavy and in a good condition. We have used this product for back and shoulder massage and it works really good. If used this product continuesly it can go upto an hour without charging. Vibration is loud, the other person sitting next to you will be able to hear it. I haven't figured out how to start this machine and continue other Household chores or even basic work on laptop. Massage quality is good overall. I have used this for my shoulder pain. This product isn't a good choice for head massage. You can also look for alternatives at cheap rates. Thanks for reading:)

Not working as suggested. Plus there is no return. This will be just waste of money only. I ordered this massager for back pain for my family member. Its really not ergonomic to use this one. A normal massager would be much better which you can get for less than 1000 rs. would not recommend this if you are looking for a massager which can help you to reduce pain and relax muscles.

I like that it’s comfortable & though a little heavy, giving good shoulder massage. Though its for thin people. People with heavy body can’t fit in and its difficult to explain to return or replace with a bigger size machine as replacement, as machine is good but not fit in for heavy builtup body. Its easy to use. Pain relived too, battery life is sufficient. Heating didn’t as expected, overall functionality is good with pain relief feature. Just its too small to operate
