Q: To Seller: what is the expiry/best by date? Do you ship this item that has at least 3month shelf life?

There is no expectation date just like any other preserve . I opened one jar from 2018 still the same taste and consistency. Just keep it in the fridge once its opened.

Q: Seal is broken on both jars can we still use them?

I wouldn't. Return them and get a refund.
