This product is so amazing I ordered a second one to keep one in house and one in car definitely helps with the habit

It's OK
This product is okay for what it is. It does what it is supposed to do and I like the fact that it is held on a necklace. However, I don't find this to help me quit smoking much at all. It doesn't curve any of my urges when I use it. Honestly, I could've bought a pack of straws from the dollar tree and gotten the same effect. I can't give it too low of a rating because it is what it says it is, the product just didn't work out for me.

It’s helpful
I’ve had this for about a month. I got it to help me quit vaping. I use it along with some nicotine patches and it helps a lot. Is it the same as inhaling from a vape or cigarette, no. But it does help with the hand to mouth movement.

Good for help w quitting vape/cigs
The media could not be loaded. It’s good for help w the oral fixation part of smoking or vaping. Has been a big help for me so far I’m 3 days quit w no slips.

No more efficient than a straw
I got this for my daughter hoping that the hole would be small enough to limit the amount of air she can exhale at once, forcing her to exhale more slowly. I tried it as soon as it came in and I found it no harder to hyperventilate with this thing than it would be if you were using a straw. I could see this item potentially helping some individuals in a mind over matter sense, but it doesn’t provide any physical benefits.

Good quit smoking tool!
I’m starting to quit smoking and it’s a good tool to help with breathing exercises to get through the anxiety! It’s just a hollow tube but it’s convenient to keep around your neck
