LOVE
I loved this mold so much I came back for a second one! I love silicone molds since they are versatile and I like to make my own fun snacks and treats. I have used this for both gummies and truffles and it's perfect for either one. The gummies come right out and might only leave a little stickiness around the edge. The size of this mold is perfect for chocolates/truffles and those pop right out as well. It's much easier for me to use the mold then to dip all of the truffles by hand! Both gummies and the chocolates have a smooth shiny finish to them when they come out. It's really a pretty shape for either! And cleaning is super easy. A sponge can do the trick, though it can be annoying to have to clean every hole when gummie gets stuck to it. But you can always throw it in the dishwasher and it comes out perfectly spotless!

Great mold for the price
I bought this mold in order to make the Disney Animal Kingdom treat, Zebra Domes. While I did encounter difficulty with the recipe, this mold was the perfect size and functioned well. For those who are unfamiliar, the recipe requires this mold to be filled with mousse and then frozen. Removal of the frozen mousse from the mold couldn't have been easier, just flipped the silicone mold inside out. I didn't even have to use any grease on the mold. The only problem I had was that the mold is so soft, that I had to put it on a tray to fill it and keep it on the tray in the freezer to prevent from setting unevenly. Spillage would be a potential problem with using this mold for a loose liquid if you don't have a hard surface underneath. Also, I did not try baking with the mold, so I do not know how it holds up to that. Unfortunately, the mold has retained the odor of the mousse, but I'm hoping the dishwasher will take care of that.

The best brand of silicon mold!
Works for the oven and fridge. I use them for gelatines and the shape is amazing!

High quality mold
My primary reason for buying these was to use in frozen reverse-spherification. If you don't know what that is, think of it like making mini spheres that explode with juice when you bite into them. Very cool stuff, but by no means the only thing this mold is good for.The silicone is durable and handles the dishwasher well. It's always hard to tell the size from the pictures, but these make spheres about half the size of an egg yolk. Put two halves together and it will be just a bit larger than a normal yolk.I also like to use them for portioning brown butter (or ghee), since the half spheres are easier to pop into a pan than slicing from a large block. The only downside to the mold (and reason for 4 stars instead of five) is that the silicone is very flexible at this thickness. You will need to put the mold on a sheet pan or solid cutting board if you plan on moving it. Overall a solid purchase, and I will look for this brand again when I need different sizes.

Hard to use without cutting up in to individual molds.
I bought this for making chocolate cups for mousse, but I found it was MUCH easier to work with when I cut it into individual molds. Trying to swirl the chocolate around to coat the mold isn't really feasible when there are multiple molds, and the fuller ones are spilling everywhere. There's just too much going on. As separate molds, this works very well; unmolding is easy and the final result is impressive. I haven't baked in these yet, but have made home-made walnut whips (see picture) and chocolate mousse cups.

Exactly as described. Good quality.
I used this silicone dome mold to create the vanilla insert you can see in the mousse cake pictured. Very durable product. Freezes well and stays flexible to pop out the frozen inserts. I would purchase this brand of silicone molds again. Good quality.
