Plumbed in and working nicely. its easy to use and has lots of variety with the different wash cycles. Its quiet and gets the job done. Ps I've noticed a few reviews saying its loud and the drum broke, so I just wanted to say to be sure to unscrew the 4 screws at the back and take out the rubber and plastic bits. It holds the drum in place during transit, but needs to be removed for the drum to work properly when washing clothes. just thought it could save some people money and having to go without a washing machine for longer.

Wow. I Started it today. And it so quiet. Its spin is quiet. washing facility I repeat is quiet. It is the best machine I have ever owned. Its spacious inside. Its sturdy. I have not used it linked to my phone. Simply as I have an older type model that dos not work properly. so I am working my machine by hand.And honestly its working as well as if I did have a phone to work it on. Great price. And I had it all installed for me it all went according to the plan. size great size smaller than my old one but it fitted perfectly.( And I did not check for measurements before hand) It is a white one and I am over the moon with it. Really nice machine that cleans and spins great. I only ever use 3 programs on a wash so buy cheaper brands. This one was excellent value for money. Large door. 1400 spin. All you need

Good washing machine. Just be careful with how much you put in, I’ve had 2 blankets in and a warning keeps coming up saying ‘E4’ which is the water drainage. To me 2 blankets isn’t a lot but the machine struggles to drain the water.

Well this was our second attempt at getting a washing machine, The previous one didn't seem to spin any water out of the wash. Anyway the biggest selling point for us was the noise level of this machine. A mere 61 Db (when purchased, as advertised) an Acoustic rating of A!!!!! SO that along with the size of the drum and various other features had us sold on it. So after many hours of looking for a new washing machine we bought this one. It arrived within a few days of purchasing which was great as the washing was piling up... the delivery drivers took away the rubbish and put the machine in the kitchen for me, so that was also great. Installing it was a breeze.. but after that was unfortunately where it all went downhill. We did our 1st tentative wash, easy to setup so that was good too. But when it came to the noise level dear god it was certainly NOT 61Ddb. So there we were watching a movie in our open plan living space, and the washing machine was getting progressively louder, and louder. So much so that if you were in the kitchen at the time you practically had to shout to conversate with each other. In the end the movie was paused, and we removed ourselves to another part of the house for the rest of entire cycle, The spin being the loudest part 10 -15 minutes of just noise. So after that total waste of time, and the end of the wash I removed the machine from its location to see if maybe I had left the travel bolts in, (I hadn't) and then I decided to look in the small bag that comes with your tiny instruction manual and found that there were two rating stickers.. showing the actual Db level at 79Db (by the way anything over 80 for long periods can damage hearing, so sayeth google) So after a quick call to Amazon, the machine was collected the next day and we were back to no machine. If you have a room away from the house, or don't have an open plan house, then sure it does what it says on the tin, easy to use, easy to setup, but sure as eggs is eggs is isn't 61DDb.. maybe when its filling with water. But it is sold as being 61Db. Which it isn't

Excellent product, works really well. I appreciate the large 10kg capacity, and the different wash options. It’s very quiet, yet the 1400 spin leaves clothes almost dry. Delivery from Amazon was also excellent.
