I was a little worried because this is not 5G, but it turns out that at my work, none of the 5G phones get a connection, and this one is just fine for two step verification.Call quality and pickup time is good. The camera is good (not the best, but I didn't get it for that). The size is great, the screen is good. Smooth operation. Fingerprint thingie works well.I would buy another.

Rather disappointed, the phone is good however , did not home with the pin to open the SIM tray , neither did it come with the free buds although selected to receive them as it was a tick box. The phone itself performs well but you don't have at the bottom the go back , exist touch screen. Box to exit. I rate the phone a 44 /5 . I had a blackview also in the box did not receive the phone case nor the screen protector. I had no time to message before nor take pictures when it arrived as I had some emergency, personal issues and I needed to use the phone urgently due to my job I use my phone non stop. Would contact the seller before buying I advise to ensure you get what it is advertised.... I guess you get what you pay for . But looks stylish, decent . Again disappointed about false advertising my fault for not reading all the reviews as not the only person not to receive the buds ...Update :Costumer service 4 stars , Alina from blackview was extremely helpful and got my refund back .the phone utterly awful stopped working two days ago . Would not recommend it at all for that reason the phone gets 0 stars . Please don't purchase the phone nothing decent about it , very slow initially after a week of use then as mentioned it busted . Didn't come with a lot of things as advertised, I only got the buds but no pin for the SIM card nor the screen or case . Be mindful I guess you get what you pay for .Got my buds eventually again the customer service was fantastic can't fault it .

The media could not be loaded. I recently found myself in need of a new smartphone and after looking around various brands I decided to purchase the Blackview BV4800 model. Having now started using it I know I definitely made the right choice. Firstly, I love the casing on the BV4800, it certainly feels like a tough smartphone that I can use exactly as it comes straight out of the box without my normal worry to immediately having to buy a shockproof casing! What I am most impressed with however is the camera, I was so pleasantly surprised to find what excellent quality photos and videos it takes, the images really are very sharp using its 13mp camera. Also the display quality is brilliant too. It is fantastic value for money and really straight forward and easy to use. Having already got 2 Blackview tablets I can honestly say that for me the brand really stands up and shines out amongst its competitors for quality, reliability and durability. I would definitely recommend.

There is only one feature to commend this phone - it is robust. Having said that Blackview do not supply a user manual with the unit nor publish one online which is problematical as the unit is not intuitive to use. However, my greatest disappointment was its speed. In today's age for me it is just totally unacceptable. Shame I threw the packaging out otherwise it would have been sent back. It will now go to an 8 y,o. girl as its lack of speed will ensure vert little use other than as a phone.

I have always trusted blackview products which drew me to this phone when I needed to replace my dropped and broken phone also blackview but having already had a shark 8 I knew that's the one for me it's not loaded with blout wear so lots of room, the speed of the phone and the awesome camera are a great bonus. For the price I don't think you can beat this phone and the gift of wireless earbuds made it a no brainer, if you need a good phone at a great price you will find this hard to beat.

What an absolute gem of a phone for the money, this is my 3rd Blackview, (1st one screen smashed after 2 years and wasn't worth replacing, 2nd one had for years and the charging port got a bit dodgy, so decided to upgrade to the shark 8, Blackviews are fantastic phones for the money, but I'm really impressed with the shark8. It looks so nice, the back is pretty, such a lovely colour. It's processer is quick, efficient and perfect for my uses (messenger, socials, some gaming, audiobooks, web browsing, email, etc) battery is great, lovely big screen, camera seems better than previous Blackviews, so far a week of use and I'm delighted, people have even asked me if it's an iPhone!! I did have to contact blackview direct as I didn't receive the free wireless headphones, but customer services have been nothing but fantastic, and extremely helpful explaining that during purchase I should have added the headphones at the time of purchase, I didn't realise this but they have organised for them to be shipped to me now. Highly recommend devices, with 5 star customer services

Bought for autistic son who gets frustrated quickly. It's still in one piece!

I've had the phone for just under a week but have not left it alone. The battery is brilliant, it's fast and responsive, plays games absolutely no problem, video streaming and sound quality is great and the speaker is loud, for the price I doubt there's any better out there. I've had the main brands over the years but hand on heart I have to say this is right up there with them. There's been lots of good things said about Blackview and I have to join in with the praise. Id never heard of them until I bought the phone, and have in that time also bought a watch which again is absolutely brilliant and considering it was less than £20 I'm just gobsmacked, connectivity was easy to set up and all runs smoothly. My only gripe is WiFi calling does not work with the Smarty network, so I'm investigating another network. But all in all a great product with decent support in place. Make sure you select the headphones gift when you order though as they won't be sent with the phone. A quick message sorted that out so thank you.
