Still trying to decide if it does anything. Quick note. Be sure your grounding plug is really grounded. Tested mine and it wasn’t. Had to move to outlet that was actually grounded. Apparently just because it has the 3rd hole for grounding doesn’t mean it was grounded.

Nice quality and I like the design on it perfect size just for your feet or back stomach, etc.

This is a 2' x 1' grounding mat with a decorative pattern on the front. The photos in the listing and on the product instructions are not to scale, which shows the mat is about the size of a yoga mat.I use this for working with electronics on my desk, which works fine and is a good size for that. It grounds by plugging into the ground port of a standard outlet.It makes many claims for improved sleep, energy, circulation, immunity, stress, etc but I am not a believer of that. Especially since it is so small compared to the photos with people in them, it isn't practical for those uses. It also is not practical as a mouse pad because of the shiny surface. It would not be a good pet mat either.

I just had it at the end of my bed with my bare feet on it. I would have to re-adjust the position of the pad when I moved. It also holds body heat. I finally got tired of messing with it and took it off my bed.

Without going into the effects or benefits of grounding, this mat works, it creates an electrical ground.

I purchased mainly to improve sleep and am surprised how well it does that. I almost returned it without trying it due to a 2 star review that showed up after I ordered. Glad I gave it a chance. No more melatonin needed!
