This chair cushion comes compressed and in a cylinder fabric holder with a zipper. I tried and tried to get it out of the holder it comes in but ultimately I had to use scissors to cut it open so that was a waste. I opened the plastic and let the pillow fill back up with air. I am sitting on it now and it provides good cushion and support. I am a larger woman and it's still comfortable for me. I plan to give it to my mother in a few months to help with her hemorrhoid pain. It's the first cushion like this that I have found for under $25

Just put this to the road trip test on the passenger side. My passenger enjoyed the elavation, and was really impressed with the comfort, and almost zero gravity effect on the tailbone. I was going to try it on the driver's side but it elevated me to high to wear my cowboy hat, I'm sure if I took it off it'll be ok... but you know... Great cushion, would highly recommend!TADA!
