Q: How many amps does it draw

There is no indication on the motor of how much amp it draw, but on the box it says this fan need à 15 amp fuse at 13 volts. Hope this will help.

Q: Installing it as extra fan just to improve air conditioning, what else needed to make it work? Spal Fan relay harness kit? Mounts? others?

You will need to construct a mount in front of your radiator as this is a push fan. You may also want to have a thermostatic controller to turn the fan on when a set temperature has been reached.
